I've always loved writing. The cathartic effect of putting ink to paper kept me sane during adolescence. From childhood words have always fascinated me; the feelings they stir up, the power they hold ... Words hurt and heal. They hate and love. They leave eternal marks on us.

Several times, I've been advised to pursue fiction writing. I've also flirted with the idea of screenwriting (not totally over that _ I have enough material for a cable television miniseries). But what really compels me to print words is the urge to inspire others. In high school I always wrote mini inspirational essays (purely for selfish reasons). This continued into adulthood. I've created many pieces calling people to rise above the various challenges they are bombarded with on a daily basis.

This is also the purpose of this blog: to inspire others to positive change. 

We all have within us all we need to be extraordinary, all we need to do is tap into our potential. This is not an easy feat, so I am here to hold your hand, as we collectively walk into our greatness.
